any deck lists? the one i was making isnt any good

I used to run toons, give me a couple of days and i might be able to make a half decent one for you, i know that may sound strange with me being seto kaiba but hey, gotta love that blue-eyes toon dragon.

Toons are quite an old deck I personally can't wait for them to get more support.

If you saw an earlier post i have made an mecha phantom/watt/toon combo deck which i will post once i remade it.

 That actually sounds quit interesting can't wait to see it.

Just a bit of advice, with this format it is nearly impossible to create a toon deck that can keep up with the meta. It is, however possible to make something like a toon anti meta deck, combining toon cards with anti meta cards. I think there is a deck profile on youtube. I would highly recommend this, as it is unlikely toons will receive any support soon.
